In 2010, I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, and have been fully immersed in real estate ever since. After a few years of getting familiar with the industry, I chose to get my license and commit to helping people find their dream home the way so many of my colleagues and mentors have. I'm a native Texan, born in Houston, graduating from Pearland HS. I worked in residential/commercial construction under my father, a local general contractor. My corporate business career (oil field, IT) ended after winning recognized clients and sales awards. I enjoy SCUBA diving, playing golf, cooking, and fitness training. As your agent, I will add value, pay attention to details, and dutifully serve you in any real estate transaction!

Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. After helping that team grow to a top team in the area, he decided to take on a new challenge as Client Care Coordinator for a new team. However, after spending 5+ years training agents, Kris finally decided to step into the transaction side of real estate, full time, as a Realtor with The Wolf Real Estate Group. After honing his skills as an full time agent, Kris has returned back to the Simien Team, where it all began.

Entering the real estate arena in 2004, Jamie Wills hit the ground running and hasn't looked back. She is a dedicated, full-time agent in the Bay Area specializing in Friendswood, Clear Lake, and League City. Her passion for people, competitive spirit, and outgoing personality have served her well in the industry she loves so much. A Clear Lake City native, Jamie graduated from Clear Lake High School and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. She still lives in her hometown where she and her husband have raised five children and have three grandchildren. Jamie and her husband are active in their community and are members of Lakewood Yacht Club where Jamie participates in the women's sailing club.
