Send emailThe past 30 years have found me professionally engaged with multiple facets of residential real estate. Through this engagement, I have gained a broad understanding of the real estate process and its many components. This includes real estate finance, appraisal review, and most importantly, successfully guiding home buyers and sellers through the real estate process.
I obtained my initial real estate sales license in California in 1987 and held it until 1995. During this time, my focus was primarily on helping veterans obtain homeownership by using their VA loan benefits. I acquired my Texas real estate licensee in 2014 and joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans
As members of the community, my wife and I are strongly committed to supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). This association helps children navigate the foster care system. We regularly donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Allen Community Outreach (ACO) food bank.
I am committed to earning the confidence of those I serve as a knowledgeable, and reliable advocate for my client's best interest. I strive to deliver value throughout each client's real estate transaction.
