She first launched her own real estate career in the title industry while still enrolled in college. Cari worked her way up to running her own branch, and she considers the knowledge she gained throughout her time as an escrow officer to be instrumental to her success as a sales agent. Today, she's a consistent top producer and ranks 158th out of the more than 130,000 agents in the state.A native Texan and 15-year Brenham resident, Cari truly believes in living the lifestyle she sells. She resides on a working cattle ranch in the rolling hills of Austin County. In her free time, she can be found with her family taking in the immense beauty and serenity of country living.

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a new member of the 1851 Properties team. I was born and raised in our small town of Bellville. I have always had a deep appreciation for our community and the connections that I have built here. After graduating from BHS, I embarked on a rewarding journey in the world of sales and marketing where I've spent over 2 decades honing my skills and building lasting relationships. Now, as I join the esteemed 1851 Properties team, I couldn't be more excited to contribute my expertise and passion the this dynamic group where we will strive to redefine excellence in the real estate industry.

The Bellville community is my passion, just behind God and my family. Having grown up in Bellville it gives me joy introducing new people to Austin County as well as helping current residents find their future home or commercial property. My husband and I raised out three daughters on land that has been in his family for seven generations, so I understand the desire to lay down roots and call a place home. We now enjoy watching our six grandchildren bask in the opportunities that a lively small town offers. The future of Bellville is a top priority for me as my children and grandchildren all live here along with our extended family that currently numbers forty-two. My passion for our community has led me to serve in different organizations over the years. Since Faith Academy was founded, I have been involved as a parent, a volunteer, the founder of the booster club, and now as a proud grandparent. As a founder of The Friends of Bellville organization our goal is to maintain Bellville's charm through restoration and beautification of our special town. Randy and I are also active members of the First Bellville Church where I serve on the Long-Range Planning Committee. I also serve on the Austin County Water Corporation Board that serves the rural water needs of our area.
