Whitney Milligan

Whitney Milligan is a Houston, TX native with a specialty of the southeast Houston area. Whitney is a licensed realtor and top producer within her organization. Whitney has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client's needs first!

Whitney grew up in Friendswood, which gives her clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows and lives in the community. Whitney is a graduate of University of Houston and has been a driver for Friendswood Meals on Wheels for the last six years.

Whitney has a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) in order to help our maturing community when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential properties. Whitney also has a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and excels at pricing properties and navigating clients through the process of choosing the perfect home values

When Whitney is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys watching the Houston Astros, her son's little league baseball or karate matches and spending time with her husband and children.
