As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot to learn about the home buying process, but I did know selecting the right realtor was going to be a key factor in finding my dream home. I went into it a little nervous, not knowing what kind of dynamic I would have with my realtor. Those nerves quickly faded after the first couple of interactions with Rosy. She was extremely patient, not putting any pressure on me to go see homes and not bombarding me with listings that didn’t fit my criteria. She walked me through each step of the home buying process and did not hesitate to tell me like it is if my expectations were not realistic. She also did not shy away from questions that would normally be better suited for a lender, or in some cases, an interior decorator. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. This ultimately led me to getting a great deal on a great home.
