She has a degree in Accounting and is a former CPA and former mortgage lender with more than 15 years experience owning a successful mortgage brokerage firm which enables her clients to have an additional assurance of a smooth closing process from beginning to end. With her knowledge and patience, she believes she can alleviate the stress buyers and sellers may naturally experience when dealing with one of their largest investments. An innovative problem solver, she works with clients to prioritize personal and financial requirements and will provide straightforward, valuable and timely advice to ensure a positive outcome.

Her reputation for attention to details, dependability,uncompromising service and great negotiating skills bring her continued referrals from her clients. She is always very available to her clients and does not pass her responsibilities in dealing with a client on to an assistant. Sheila has lived in Houston since graduating from college and grew up in the greater Houston surrounding area. One of her first jobs in high school was working in her mother's real estate brokerage office which was an early education in real estate. She is a native Texan and has twin daughters who graduated with honors from high school and are recent college graduates. Her family has a rescue dog and are supporters of many charities including animal rescue services and other community services.
