Shannon Wendell

Shannon Wendell is a lifelong resident of The Woodlands and Conroe, and has witnessed the incredible growth and development of southern Montgomery County firsthand. She is married to Jay Jr., a member of the renowned Jay M. Wendell, Inc. family of custom homebuilders. Shannon's passion for real estate and custom design has been fueled by watching her husband and father-in-law create beautiful custom estate homes in prestigious communities such as East Shore and Carlton Woods. Living in The Woodlands has given Shannon a wealth of knowledge about local schools and family-friendly neighborhoods. She shares this expertise as a member of the award-winning eXp Realty team. Shannon is also an active member of her community, volunteering her time and service to local charities and causes, as well as her church, Restoration Church.
