She was born and raised in Beaumont, where she also served as a Commissioner on the Planning & Zoning Committee for the city. She is also a life-long real estate expert. Her own career started off in luxury property management, before she worked as a licensed loan officer. In 2007, Shani received her Realtors license. Just three years later she had obtained her Brokers license and opened Champions Realty, LLC. Shani currently lives in Humble, Texas and loves spending time with her family.
