I'm going on my 15th year in real estate. I've been with several different real estate companies in the area over the years and even held my own brokerage for a while. I've learned a lot through that process. I have been a Broker for most of my real estate years. I've left the business a few times to tend to family but continue to return as this is a great market to be in. I've also previously held a mortgage originators license, educated for a home inspectors license, and have personally been through purchasing of foreclosures, rehab, and rental properties. I'm very comfortable dealing with new home builders. I'm not your average agent and proud of that!
