Rosemary Gendusa

Rosemary's entreprenurial spirit and business autonomy have propelled her through publishing and healthcare careers as well as contract sales with Xerox & Honeywell, but real estate has claimed the longest tenure spanning nearly two decades. Much of her time in real estate has been with major Houston agencies. She credits her broad range of experiences with sharpening her business skills and guiding her on how to effectively communicate with the clients she represents. 

Rosemary believes the best part of her career is creating a happy, seamless outcome for her buyers and sellers while identifying and meeting the personal goals of each client. She takes pride in helping Houston transplants as well as those new to the area in finding the perfect home. Equally enjoyable is positioning and marketing a client's home for a successful outcome. Having grown up in Sugar Land and moving to Houston after high school, Rosemary knows this market well and that knowledge works to the advantage of all of her clients. 

In addition to affiliation with local, state and national real estate associations, Rosemary is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is also a past president of her previous neighborhood's homeowners' association representing more than 2,000 homes. 

Entertaining in their Woodlands home and traveling the world -- from the Artic Circle to the Mediterranean -- occupy a large portion of the time she shares with her husband, Randy. When not working or traveling, Rosemary enjoys time with family gatherings of children and grandchildren or cheering for the Astros, Texas and especially the Rockets. She also enjoys gardening and landscaping and is a Master Gardener.
