Pauline Bui

Pauline Bui understands that the recipe for a successful real estate transaction includes excellent communications, organization, coordination, negotiation, and customer service. Pauline works diligently to obtain and maintain a strong relationship with her clients. She earns their trust by understanding their needs and wants, while advising them on every detail of their transaction.

Pauline came to Houston in 1979 and was raised in the NW side of town. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997 from the University of St. Thomas and started her career in accounting. In 2007, Pauline achieved her Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and eventually transitioned her career into project management. Pauline is a certified Project Management Professional and is a long-term volunteer of Project Management Institute Houston Chapter since 2011.

The advantage of living in Houston for over 40 years is that Pauline intimately understands many of the Greater Houston Metropolitan area and is able to accurately advise her Clients. As a consultant, Pauline has worked all over the Greater Houston Metropolitan area. She has first-hand knowledge of working in Downtown, The Woodlands, Greenway Plaza, the Energy Corridor and the Galleria Area. Pauline has lived in NW, SW, SE, the Texas Medical Center, Cypress, Clear Lake and the Lake Houston.

Pauline speaks fluent Vietnamese. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle which includes cooking Vietnamese and healthy food, weight training and Pilates. Pauline is a single mother of 3 grown children and aspires to be a grandmother one day. Pauline is family-oriented and helps her aging parents who live in SE Houston.
