About Nicholas Boland
After spending time in the Mortgage business, Nick moved into Residential Real Estate to join Lisa as they opened Texas Home Shop Realty. Nick has also recently completed the National Association of REALTOR’S SFR certification. Specializing in new homes, foreclosures, residential and short sales, Nick brings sound advice backed with experience to his clients. Nick and Lisa enjoy working together and feel the team approach gives their clients the level of service they deserve. When Nick and Lisa aren’t selling homes, they enjoy spending time with their three daughters; Haley, Emma and Olivia. Lisa grew up in the Houston Metro area and Nick was raised in eastern Pennsylvania. Both Nick and Lisa graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. The Boland’s have been residents of League City for nine years and attend Clear Creek Community Church. With three girls at home, Lisa and Nick understand the time raising a family takes.
