We hit the real estate agent jackpot when we met Minal! She is truly an amazing person and agent and definitely goes beyond the call of duty. We are so happy to call her our forever real estate “go-to” person and friend.

My husband and I met her when we were newly pregnant, new to Houston, and looking for a home to rent. She helped us find the perfect place that was close enough to both family and the med center. She listened to all of our requirements and met every single one.

Fast-forward 10 months, our family had grown, and we made the big decision that we are settling down in Houston. We reached out to Minal, and she worked tirelessly to find us our next home. We finally fell in love with a floor plan, and we loved the idea of being able to select the finishes from the roof to the floor!

We loved the idea of a new build but had no clue what that entailed. We could not have gone through the process of building a home without her! Minal was there for EVERY design, construction, inspection, and walkthrough session (believe me, there are a ton of meetings). She truly has an eye for design and helped us make decisions that were aesthetically pleasing and helped add value for resale. She fought for us when the builder did something incorrectly and met with the countertop guy independently to make sure the waterfall countertops were implemented as designed. She indeed went above and beyond to make sure that our dream home became a reality!
