Melina's continued success in commercial and residential real estate not only stems from her education but her genuine passion for helping others. As a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Geography and Land Development, coupled with her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, her knowledge and expertise is unmatched. For over 25 years Melina has used her valuable comprehension and proficiency in negotiation procedures, contract formation, and transactions/closings to ensure that every client achieves their Real Estate goals seamlessly. She welcomes the opportunity to utilize her vast skill set along with being detail oriented, and a disciplined and expert communicator with open arms which allows her to thrive in the fast paced, ever changing, and complex Real Estate industry. As a resident of the Cypress area for over 18 years, Melina is extremely well versed in the Cypress, Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, and Tomball markets and will use that insight to work for you. Melina's past and present clients describe her as truly dedicated, invested, and one of a kind. In her personal life, Melina is happily married, and a dedicated mother to their two sons. She makes a point to not only attend all their school and extracurricular sports activities, but also still finds time to partake in a cause that is near and dear to her heart; giving back to her community through various philanthropic services at various organizations. Melina recently became a founding member and serves on the board for the National Organization of Young Men's Service Leagues, which comes as no surprise given her heartfelt passion and benevolence towards others, a trait that her sons have also embraced. In her free time, Melina enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and traveling.
