Houston & Texas Native; Daughter of two physicians , I grew up in Southampton area, @ 2241 Sunset Blvd. Schools: Poe Elementary, Lanier Jr. and '65 Lamar HS; Attended South Texas Jr. Col., Texas Christian Univ.; Graduate of Univ. of Houston w/ Bachelor of Science Education; 1968- Started investing in properties, 1976: became a Realtor working for Gary Greene; After becoming a Broker, 1978, I formed M. L. Smith & Co. specializing in the Mid-Town District; '79-'89. Office @ 2640 Fountain View in Galleria; '89-'94. Joined ReMax Westside; '94. Currently i am a Independent Broker; 2001: became a Texas Mortgage Broker & formed MLS Mortgage Services. Current Member NAR, TAR, HAR, MLS, Loop Net.
