About Kimberly Beggs

Hello, I am Kimberly Beggs, an independent broker. I am a native Texan and raised primarily in Houston. I consider myself a homing pigeon - take me away from Houston and I will come back! I started my Real Estate career in 2000 managing rental property for my father and earned my sales agent license in 2003 when someone asked me to manage their properties. I earned my broker license in December 2007 and have been representing buyers/sellers and landlords. I am also a licensed Property Tax Consultant. I served on HCAD ARB for two years.
