Kelly Harpold

Originally from Indiana, Kelly Harpold has called The Woodlands, Texas home since 2006. She and her husband raised their three children here and have been involved in the community through their many activities over the years. Since 2013 and becoming licensed in 2015, Kelly has worked on a multi-million dollar sales producing team which focuses on The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia and Conroe areas. In January, 2021 Kelly made the decision to be an independent agent. Knowing that purchasing or selling a home is the biggest financial transaction most people make, Kelly's goal is to help make it a sound and smooth process. When working with Buyers, Kelly advises her clients to always keep re-sale in mind and to do neighborhood research for the areas of consideration. When working with Sellers, she feels it is important to put your best foot forward right out of the gate with a professional on-line presentation, staging and a list price based on market data. Kelly graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and has enjoyed careers in retail and bank management. She knew almost immediately after becoming an agent, providing this service to her clients is her true passion.
