I am Karina Mazariegos, I'm from Guatemala with a graphic designer degree. I bring 14 years of expertise to the table, along with fluency in three languages. I have two passions, helping people in Real Estate and give back to the community. My commitment service runs deep, as evidenced by my 8 years of mentoring with young girls in local schools, empowering them to reach their full potential. Passion drives me in my carrier, and I find genuine joy in the work that I do. I am able to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse clientele. I am in constant communication with my clients as they go through the process of buying, selling or investing making the transaction as smooth as possible. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a passion for running, photography, traveling and actively support local businesses. Combining my love for Real Estate with my commitment to community engagement, I strive to make a positive impact both in the housing market and in fostering local economic growth.
