Hello! I'm Jacqueline Adj-Omania (pronounced Ah-jo-mon-nia) and as your REALTOR® and Texas Affordable Home Specialist(TAHS), I am here to serve you in the following capacity:

Meet with you in person for a "Buyer's Consultation" to get a full understanding of your wants/needs concerning your home purchase/lease. It also gives you the opportunity to interview me as your Realtor.

Assist you in getting PRE-APPROVED prior to actually going out house hunting. I will also see if you are qualified for downpayment/closing cost programs. There is nothing more disappointing than finding a dream home that is out of your budget.

As your REALTOR® I will ask you to sign a Buyer's Representative Agreement so I can offer you full services as a client. I will send you a copy prior to our first meeting just in case you have any questions.

Once you find a home, I will help you negotiate price, term and conditions when applicable.

Assist you in finding qualified responsible professionals needed to buy/sell your home (Inspector, Insurance, Home Warranty, Plumber, Electrician, etc.)

Guide you through the closing process and make sure everything flows together smoothly.
