Hien boasts over a decade of seasoned experience in real estate, complemented by a rich background in communications, marketing, and public relations across diverse industries. From education and luxury brands to consumer goods and homebuilding / land development, her journey has uniquely positioned her to excel in the dynamic world of real estate. Having served as Senior Marketing Manager for one the largest private homebuilders in North America, Hien brings invaluable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market. Her tenure at CHANEL Vietnam, managing communication and PR campaigns across multiple divisions, further sharpened her skills in negotiation, customer service, and event-planning skills she seamlessly translates into her real estate practice. Cofounding the CGP Realty Group alongside her husband, Khai Tran, Hien is dedicated to empowering clients to achieve their real estate goals. As a key architect of the team's vision and operations, she leads with a commitment to excellence, guiding a diverse and passionate team. Hien holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communication from Texas Christian University with an expertise in strategic communication - an asset she leverages to craft tailored strategies for each client. Hien's areas of focus include luxury properties, new builds, firsttime homebuyers, and investment opportunities. Beyond transactions, she cultivates lasting relationships, turning clients into lifelong friends. Outside of her professional pursuits, Hien finds joy in her role as a wife and mother to her two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Evelyn.
