Native Houstonian Fernando Saldivia understands that his customers include not only his clients but other Realtors. “I have worked in large corporations and I know the importance of having good relationships with people in other departments,” Fernando says. “Good working relationships and communication with my fellow Realtors are paramount in order for me to give the highest level of service to my clients.”

A self-starter who is motivated to succeed, Fernando enjoys the flexibility that selling residential real estate gives him to work with people from many different backgrounds. His background in accounting and audit gives Fernando strong analytical skills, a valuable asset when helping clients in a fast-moving, diverse real estate market such as Houston.

Fernando grew up in southwest Houston, attended Alief Hastings High School and the University of Houston. He divides his non-working hours attending his sons activities, volunteering and family time. His utmost importance is running his business in a way that pleases and brings honor to God.
