Christopher Downing

Sterling Realtors was founded by Claire Downing in the early 1990's in Houston. Claire comes from a multi housing supervisory background managing up to 21 apartment complexes at any given time. Claire is the Broker of the firm and has extensive knowledge of the real estate transaction process. Sterling Realtors is located in Hearthstone in the NW part of Houston however we service the Greater Houston area.

Chris Downing joined Sterling Realtors in 2001 after retiring from the insurance business. Chris has primarily concentrated on real estate sales. In 2004 our Galveston office was established when we purchased an office at the main entrance in to Sea Isle on the West End. We specialize in all categories of beach homes, condos/townhomes, and land. We also offer to our clients Resort Rental Management Services.

Our mission is to make whatever your real estate need to make it as successful and uneventful as possible. Claire and I will work very hard to make that goal a reality.
