After completing her bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington, Sylvia relocated to Cypress, TX, where she started a family and became an integral part of the community. Currently residing in Pearland, TX, Sylvia takes great pleasure in actively engaging with her neighbors and staying involved in local events and initiatives.

Prior to her successful real estate career, Sylvia devoted five years to the field of education, working alongside teachers and assisting young children at Montessori Unlimited in Copperfield. This experience provided her with invaluable skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving, which she seamlessly translates into her role as a REALTOR®. In 2016, Sylvia embarked on a new adventure when she joined The Sons and Daughters Team, a highly reputable real estate group.
