“Raquel is a highly hardworking realtor, and the communication with her was very fluid (we were in CA at the time, that was crucial). She fought very hard to achieve a better deal for us so the closing would happen. If you need or prefer to talk in Spanish (that was our case), she has perfect Spanish. Moreover, she has contacts with agents in other industries like insurance, which can make life easier for the buyer. Also, we liked her honesty very much when looking for houses while at the same time she was very respectful in case we wanted any of those houses. I would only suggest that she creates a catalog where all the steps of buying a house are explained. I believe that would be very helpful and stress relief for many first buyers (and more if they are internationals like we were). Based on our experience, I recommend Raquel very much to any buyer looking for houses in the range of 400-500k that want to buy a good home in a short time. ”
