Randi Casada

As a native Houstonian, Randi Corbell Casada knows her hometown and proudly shares this knowledge when representing homeowners and assisting homebuyers throughout the Houston area. Early in her real estate career Randi realized in order to provide the very best service for her clients she needed specialized training and advanced education. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiating Expert, (CNE) and a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), has enabled her to be elevated to a level of real estate knowledge attained by a select few which is less than 5% of Realtors® nationwide. Her expertise includes residential marketing and sales strategies, negotiating skills, financing options and in-depth knowledge of current market trends. To offer the best in client services to both local and relocating homebuyers, Randi has obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation of the National Association of Realtors® to her credit. As a member of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Randi has added even a higher level of expertise and knowledge for marketing and selling homes in the upper end market. Active in her profession, Randi has served the Houston Association of Realtors® on various committees throughout the years.

On a personal note, Randi cares for her two small furry children, Lola and Louie who love to go on walks and for a ride to most anywhere. Her husband, Jonathon, is a custom home builder who has been building in Houston for over 30 years. Along with real estate, gardening, traveling and trips to New Braunfels and Greune rounds out her life.
