I loved my historic home that I had lived in for twenty-five years, but as the neighborhood became more congested, I knew I needed to find a quieter, less-congested area. Patrick's knowledge of the inner-city in my quest was invaluable--he showed me the incredible variety of options available, from old to new, from single-family homes to townhouses to high rises. Greg's expertise and advice regarding the quality of construction and finishes in the homes that interested me were equally important. Having lived in a heritage home for decades, I was very surprised when I fell in love with a contemporary three-story home that I probably would not even have considered had I been looking on my own. But Patrick had listened to my comments on prior listings we had viewed, and he had a feeling this one might just be the one for me. He was so right! The white-oak wood floors and cabinetry give the large, contemporary house a warm, cozy feeling, and it is on a very quiet street minutes from downtown just like I wanted. Greg was able to confirm that the construction and finishings were top notch, so I had no worries in that regard. Greg has also helped me with ideas for updating the landscaping.
