“My ratings for Mrs. Khambe’s services are solely on services she provided to me during my recent transaction on my new home. On my previous experience with my last realtor (5 yrs ago) I had I was not too fond of services Realtors provided. Initially I was hesitant to even have a realtor to purchase my new home. When I first was introduced to Mrs. Khambe (May 2021) I still had the bad taste on Realtors. After a few days talking to her and seeing other houses my opinion rapidly changed. Her Market knowledge and her communication skills she provided those few days were impeccable. She explained the home buying process thoroughly and any questions I had she responded accordingly. Mrs. Khambe was always on time regardless if it was the weekend and understood my needs clearly. With her Superb negotiation skills she managed to save me $15k. “Nikita was always on time and responded in a timely manner. She helped us negotiate a good price for our new home. She also helped us deal with a very difficult seller, who happened to be a company instead of a home owner. Having multiple levels of people on the seller side could not have been easy, but Nikita handled it perfectly. She made sure she constantly communicated with the seller’s realtor and with us. During the sewer inspection, a couple line breaks were found and she made sure we were kept in the loop during the repair. Nikita is a great realtor!”
