“Melesa was referred to me by a family member. She was very responsive with my questions and concerns. All of the documentations that I needed were swiftly forwarded to me. This was my first time purchasing a home and she laid out step-by-step on what the process was. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. When it comes to putting in an offer, Melesa provides some market insights with surrounding home prices, how much those houses were sold for along with details on the size of the houses, and current bidding activity around the house that you are looking at. She gave a good recommendation of what price we should bid at. It took us about two weeks to find the home, put an offer in, and for that offer to be accepted. It took a little over a month to close after the bid. As you can tell, she is a fast worker. Thank you again Melesa for all of your help.”
