“Going into the process I had no Idea what to expect, I was filled with loads of anxiety. The thought of obtaining a home frighten and excited me at the same time. However upon my initial meeting with Mrs. Norfleet all of those emotions went out of the window, her domineer was pleasant and inventing. She was eager to assist us in our search, she actually listened to what we wanted from the ecstatic’s of the home, schools, crime and most of all the location. Upon selecting our current property we actually finalized with a different location. Unfortunately we ran into a conundrum that was a no fault of ours nor Mrs. Jackie. During this this we reached out to her for guidance and she advised us on the proper steps to take to rectify that situation immediately. Mrs. Norfleet would often say to us “I go for bait for my clients” and that she did. Mind you her business with us had been complete, needless to say that did not stop her from going all out to assist us. Thus leading us to select the home that we are currently in. The encounter with Mrs. Norfleet started out as a service rendered between client and relator, I can truly say that she has made a positive impact to our family and will be invited our for several future gatherings. Mrs. Norfleet was exceptional, her level of expertise with the market area was superb. If I could rate her at 1 thousand that still would not be enough, how can I truly rate a relator that make her clients feel like FAMILY!!!!!!!”
