minimizeI'm not that old!! I just need a little TLC. I still have my original kitchen w/dbl oven & wood paneling in Den. My structure & foundation are in great shape and I didn't flood in IKE (2008) or Harvey (2017). I have a built-in desk w/shelves off kitchen. My den is huge w/fireplace & 1/2 bath is in Utility Rm. I have 2 back doors! My upstairs hall bath was redone in 2020 & primary in 2012. My roof is old, so ask an expert when to replace. My AC system was replaced in 2018. So I am more efficient. All my bdrms have walk in closets & ceiling fans. Primary Bath has soaker tub w/rainshower head. I just need a facelift!! My yard has lots of trees & my big backyard gets lots of direct sun & has shady areas w/room to do lots of things. My porch needs new screens to keep the bugs out. I am nestled in the custom-home area of Inwood Forest near the Conference Center & I have beautiful homes around me! I'm not far from 290, I-45 or 249. Come let me show you around & see for yourself.
