My advice to Ms. Erica in the future would be to do a little more due diligence in ensuring the homes she finds are great recommendations and offer more options more homes. I felt as though my options were slim that she found and the ones that I would find were ruled out. Technology wise I feel as though it could improve a little on her behalf especially for clients who are remote or unavailable during important times throughout the home buying process. There is always room for improvement. But overall she is a great realtor who communicated very well. Explained things throughly, and was very thoughtful I appreciate her work ”
