“Donna made what is normally a very stressful situation a very pleasant and smooth one! We sold our house located three hours away from the area we were moving to, so time was of the essence as we had to be out of home by a certain date. Donna stayed on top of the market 24/7 providing us with constant updates in regards to new houses coming available that checked all of our boxes as well as any price drops or status changes on any homes that were "maybes" for us. Being three hours away from where we were moving to, we were not always able to get to a house to view it the same day (or even next day) that it was listed. On more than one occasion, Donna went to look at the homes for us, took extensive video and pictures to send to us making us feel like we were walking through the home with her. Excellent virtual tours! She pays close attention to every detail throughout every home. Donna is extremely professional and she has a very pleasant personality making her a joy to be around. Donna was on her game from start to finish from searching for homes, setting up showing times (sometimes 8 or 10,) negotiating price/offer and closing!
