“Colleen Hart...What can I say...THE GREATEST REALTOR IN THE USA! We have bought and sold 12 homes in our lifetime and by far Colleen is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was with us every step of the way! First of all, we called Colleen on Jan. 1st and she met us on that New Year's Day! She mentioned she had a household full of family members but she dropped everything and immediately drove well over an hour to the house we wanted to see. As we walked through the house she gave suggestions on how we could make the house our own and pointed out things we would need to fix (the house came as is.) We put a bid in that day and now I am using many of Colleen's ideas to make our new home as pretty as I think it can be. (Colleen could also be an interior decorator.) My husband is not a person I would want to deal with as a realtor. He has bugged all our realtors to death and asks of them way more than he should. HE LOVED COLLEEN! My husband is always the one who deals with all the paperwork, insurance, inspection, mortgage, etc. etc. and Colleen was right there with him for all of this. She answered his calls or emails almost instantly and he couldn't say enough wonderful things about her. THIS IS A FIRST! I went to realtor school a few years back thinking I might like to be a realtor one day but I was too scared to take the test. I felt like I knew a lot about real estate laws, procedures, etc etc but Colleen is a genius compared to me! There wasn't one question we asked she didn't know the answer to. There were never any mistakes in all of the paperwork she had to file. (This has never happened with all of the other realtors we have had before.) I vote Colleen for REALTOR OF THE YEAR! Colleen is so sweet, kind, knowledgeable and super efficient and just a wonderful person overall. I'm not sure if this is our forever home or not but if we do buy or sell a home in the future, Colleen will always be our "go to" realtor! ”
