She came over to identify things that she saw that we could work on to enhance the sale of our house, sat down with us 100% prepared with comparable houses in our area, a basic range of market for us, worked with us to agree on our listing price, including our net gain. Our entire transaction from start to finish was great!! We, actually, decided to do a buy/sell. We signed our contract literally the day before COVID was announced for only the essential workforce. Of course, we all were in shock and definitely had no idea what the future would be! Bethany was so encouraging and supportive the entire time.
