“I loved that my Realtor knew the rules and gently reminded the seller s Realtor of the rule of getting signatures done at an appropriate time and when the seller s Realtor snapped rudely my Realtor continued to stay composed and firm and was supported by her manager because the seller s Realtor didn t want to admit she made a mistake I am glad I had an experienced Realtor who knows rules and caught mistake that made sure it was fixed before proceeding I still have had a few questions since buying my first home and April has helped by answering them ”
