One Sunday, my husband and I had been driving around looking at neighborhoods and we came upon a home we wanted to see. It was now nighttime. We called Kim, she got us an appointment right then, and drove over to meet us at the home and show it to us. All the while, being the sweetest and nicest person youll ever be around.
But dont let her sweetness fool you. She is gentle like a kitten until you need an advocate... then she is ferocious like a lion. We saw both sides of Kims personality and let me assure you, there is no one else we would have ever wanted to have on our side. You WILL need your realtor to also be your advocate, and if Kim is your realtor, you wont be disappointed.
