Tenant must pay for their own electricity. Owner cannot live on the boat for more than 72 hours at a time. Owners are allowed to build a boat lift and/or floating dock. You are not allowed to put a roof over your slip. No short term rentals. Buyer must become a member of the HOA. Sewer pump out is available at the Marina. Electricity is billed back at 14 cents per kilowatt.
