General Description
minimize2123 Avenue M ½ was built in 1891 by German carpenter Christian L. Wolfer. Wolfer built several houses in that area and on that block. He lived at 2127 M ½. A twin house to 2123 M ½ once sat next door, to the east, where the vacant lot is now. We moved that house post Hurricane Ike. It is now at 3101 Avenue Q and is known as GHF's Green Revival House.
