minimizeWe built this home after our children graduated and wanted somewhere that leant itself to our new found freedom. We have traveled extensively without worrying about upkeep as the front yard is maintained by the HOA of this gated community. My husband enjoys building things and has lots of room in the 3rd garage to create his masterpieces. I have created low maintenance Texas native and butterfly gardens. We often sit on our large, covered patio in the evenings and watch our dog chase across the lawn after the butterflies & hummingbirds. The house has an open concept plan for good traffic flow, the floors are beautiful hardwood and there are custom cabinets throughout the house. Plantation shutters filter the light and each bedroom is an en-suite for privacy. This house is cozy & intimate, a gathering spot for friends and family. We have hosted many parties out of our chef’s kitchen. We even created an easy-access attic for the memories we couldn’t part with!
