Once the property had been assessed I trained staff, create and train staff over marketing, prospecting, customer service, leasing, closing the sale, as well as a number of other solutions for increasing occupancy, decreasing expenses, properly trained leasing and management staff & overseeing the rehab or curb appeal and upgrade process throughout the property with the management, construction and maintenance staff.
