Kristin did an amazing job walking us through the process. As first-time home buyers, we did not know a lot about the process. However, Kristin took the time to understand our needs and evaluate the neighborhoods. Quickly, we were able to narrow down our options and find a suitable one within our budget. Moreover, Kristin was able to negotiate the price well below asking. Realtors are paid through percentage commission of the total sale price, so this shows her character and that she really works for the betterment of her clients. We bought our perfect home, and we could not have done it without our perfect real estate agent, Kristin.
