Property Taxes

Do you have a client that has asked you to help with their property tax protest? Or asked for information about the value of their neighborhood?

The notices will be going out and the new appraisals will be given.  I want to help!  I served on the Harris County Appraisal Review Board for two years.  I have experience protesting taxes and now have my Property Tax Consultant license.  I have access to over 15 MLS associations in the state of Texas.

The increases are based on a math equation the county decides.  The CADs do not know your clients home!  The objective is to show the CAD what the house looks like and why it is not equal or valued to the comps.  Have your clients contact me and we will help them!

Make sure they check all the boxes on the protest, just so everything is covered when it comes time for the hearing.  I will help your client prepare for the hearing and gather the evidence.  Make sure current photos are taken of things that bring the value low for your clients home.

I want to help!  I love the challenge and the CAD hearings are just talking with people and informing them about the house, which they don't know personally.

Wishing you all success for 2020!  I hope to be hearing from y'all sometime!
