2. PAINTING Repaint ceilings, walls and baseboards with

a light neutral color. Completely remove wallpaper and

repaint walls.

3. FIXTURES New faucets and sparkling sinks will sell

your kitchen and bathrooms. New light fixtures and

ceiling fans will give you lots of bang for your buck.

Replace doorknobs for an updated look.

4. EXTERIOR Paint or re-brick damaged/weathered

exterior walls. Patch cement cracks in sidewalks, garage

and driveways. Mend broken fencing.

5. REPAIRS Make sure everything works perfectly! Buyers
