How to market higher end properties?

The market for higher end properties is rebalancing at the moment.
The inventory for house selling for more than 500k is growing and has shifted from a seller’s market to a more balanced market.

At COZYHOMES, we have recently undertaken a high-end flip project close to $1M. Here are three techniques that we use to differentiate our higher end houses from the rest. We implement all of them on any house for sale above 500k:

  1. Professional video of the property

Disappointed by the various video / 3D offers on the market, we now produce our own videos with professional equipment and sound effects. We had great feedback about it and we are rolling it over on all our high-end properties

  1. Marketing to international buyers

Houston is now the third destination in the US for foreign buyers. We have developed a system so that our high-end listings are marketed worldwide on main real estate websites all over the world.

We have also developed partnerships with banks that will lend to foreigners to purchase US real estate.

  1. Superior follow up on leads

We are using all the latest automation tools so that we can answer leads within an hour. We track all our leads communication in a professional customer management system so that no opportunity is missed.

We are glad to visit with you and help you sell you property.

Best,
