HOME BUYER ASSISTANCE

With the internet, you can search almost anything!  If you are a home buyer, there are several ways to purchase a home and one of those is through Home Buyer Assistance Programs.  One of the programs in Texas is the SETH 5 Star Program that will provide a grant to eligible homebuyers that can be used for down payment and closing cost assistance when buying a home!  As a buyer, you can get an FHA, VA, USDA or Conventional loan with a 30 year fixed interest rate.  There are income limits and not all lenders participate in the program.  It's important to find the right lender to do this.  There are guidelines that must be followed and as a real estate professional, we can help.
