Ways to help stage the exterior of your house for sale.
1.Put a fresh coat of paint or stain on the front door.
2. Make sure the doorbell and locks works.
3. Neatly organize garden hoses etc...
4. Cover up bare planting or imperfect landscape with mulch.
5. Buy a new door mat.
6. install a hammock on a covered porch.
7. hang attractive large address numbers on the house.
and obv mow the yard and hide the trash bins.
