Houston's market has a history of ebbing and flowing along with the oil industry. The healthier oil prices, the healthier the real estate market in Houston. But Houston is growing up, and no longer singularly dependant on the energy industry to support its growth. So, as the price of oil fluctuates, Houston will see some change, but it remains to be seen how that will ultimatly play out this year... and it looks like no matter the ebb and flow of oil, it'll be all right.....Don't take it from me, take it from the developers and market analysis experts.... see the link below:
