FHA LOAN LIMITS

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to make sure that you all were aware of the new changes in loan limits for us! I know that this may look like a small Margin but it is going to be more significant than maybe thought as many buyer fall into this new category.
NOTE: These changes are effective with FHA Case Numbers issued on or after January 1, 2014. Ensure your case numbers are ordered correctly for your loan amount requirements.
HOUSTON METROPLEX
INCREASE FROM $271,050 TO $295,550
