Dooley Properties - Rentals

I also have to give a shout out to my families company, Dooley Properties, LLC www.dooleyproperties.com. They are a property management company that manages close to 80 rental properties across Conroe, many of those consisting of townhome duplex units.  They townhomes are gorgeous as you can see from the picture above.  They are not cheaply put together and include a lot of great features/amenities in your monthly rental price. 

For example, these features include all your kitchen appliances plus FULL size washer and dryer!  The townhomes also include FREE lawn care and quarterly pest control!  Finally, besides coming with a fully fenced backyard and patio, they also have a 1 car attached garage!
