It is beginning to look a lot like spring here in the Houston area.  I believe we will see a very HOT Real Estate Market this spring.  With interest rates so low they barely exist and prices beginning to tick up...NOW is the the time to BUY and to SELL.

Here are some neighborhoods in the Clear Lake Area that I find to be very appealing for many reasons.

Clear Lake Forest - the family oriented neighborhood is just something special.  Nestled in beautiful large trees and a lovely waterfront park this neighborhood has it all.  If you are new to the Clear Lake area do youself a favor and check our Clear Lake Forest.  Below is the link to the Clear Lake Forest Homeowners Assocation.   Take a drive through lovely Clear Lake Forest and give me a call if you see something you like.

Nassau Bay -  This neighborhood is deeply rooted in America's Space Program.  Nassau Bay was built to serve those who work at The Sapce Center.  Many Astronauts who worked and trained at the Space Center have lived and raised their families in Nassau Bay.  Nassau Bay is a charming neighborhood with claissic streets signs that make you realize you are in a special place.  Nassau Bay residents enjoy quiet tranquil walks through the neighborhood down to the lovely waterfront park.  Homes in Nassau Bay Homes range from $140,000 to $1.5 million.
With easy access to I 45 Nassau Bay is a favorite neighborhood in the Bay Area.

If you would like to Sell or Buy a home in either of these neighborhoods, give me a call.
